I began my role as Marketing Manager at Anuschka Leather in early 2024, overseeing U.S. marketing as part of their global operations in countries like Australia, Canada, the U.K., India, and more. My initial focus was on thoroughly examining the company's operations, including evaluating agencies, budget, and social media results, to plan the next actions. I then developed a comprehensive marketing plan encompassing rebranding, website revamp, and social media strategy implementation.
