A strategic e-commerce website redesign and Klaviyo email marketing setup for a handcrafted jewelry brand rooted in nature, storytelling, and small-batch production.

Krista’s old website lacked clarity and wasn’t optimized for the kind of digital growth she wanted. With no Klaviyo automation in place, she was missing key revenue from abandoned carts, welcome flows, and seasonal engagement. We were brought in to redesign the site and build a marketing engine that matched her product.

CONVERSION FOCUSED

We restructured the navigation, improved the user flow, and created a product hierarchy that mirrors how Krista’s customers think and shop. Then we built a full suite of Klaviyo email flows—custom branded, mobile responsive, and designed to drive repeat purchases. Now her site and email are finally working together.

Our focus for this project was to build trust with her customers and tell her brand story, without looking too corporate.
