Utilizing tools like Growave, Klaviyo, and Attentive, I rebranded customer engagement flows to ensure consistent brand recognition and connection. Additionally, I am spearheading the website redesign on Shopify, managing a large-scale global online store with dropshipping and print-on-demand services, set to launch in a few months.
