Sideline Bags is a sporty, female-founded brand created by a mom of two athletes who saw firsthand the chaos of unorganized gear. Designed to help girls and women stay ready and confident on game day (or any day), Sideline Bags needed a bold, conversion-focused email foundation to support their next stage of growth.

As Sideline Bags prepared to scale, the founder knew she needed more than just a product — she needed a professional, high-converting email system and messaging that reflected the heart and grit of her audience. She also wanted support with small but impactful website optimizations to improve overall conversions and clarity.
Digital Experiences
For this project, we built and implemented a full Klaviyo Starter Kit tailored to Sideline Bags’ bold, sporty brand voice. The setup included five key automated flows—Welcome (4 emails), Post-Purchase (4 emails), Browse Abandonment, Cart Abandonment, and Winback—each written and designed to reflect the brand’s tone while driving conversions behind the scenes. We also created two fully branded, drag-and-drop email templates, a custom pop-up design, and styled the Klaviyo account with Sideline’s finalized fonts and colors.
